Run will depart at 2pm from the Square in Rathdowney, Co Laois this Saturday 24th July

Visiting Killinaskully, Lough Derg via Templemore, 120kms approx, back for BBQ, Chat & Craic afterwards.

A brief training session & talk will be held on the grounds of Meadow Meats Car Park – Rathdowney, Co Laois on Sunday morning at 10am
